Acquisition by Trifast
Trifast acquired Poly Fasteners and established as TR Formac (M) Sdn. Bhd. appointing Mr. HK Tan as the General Manager for the company.

ISO Standard
Due to the market demand, our company sought ISO 9001 certification to meet our customers’ requirement. At year 2003, our company was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification. Our company was also awarded by SONY’s Green Partnership in the same year.

A revision of ISO 9001 occurred in 2015, our company adapted the revision and was then awarded ISO 9001:2015 this year.

Change of Company Ownership
Our founder, re-acquired TR Formac (M) Sdn. Bhd. from the hands of Trifast after their decision to withdraw investment in year 2020 and re-established the company as Dinnox Fasteners Industries Sdn. Bhd.
